VDI has experience and expertise for many years in the manufacture, supply and installation of flexible mattresses for valves, flanges, pumps, boiler heads, turbines, etc. up to +950°C!
The hot valves, flanges, pumps, boiler heads, turbines, etc. can be insulated thermally for heat conservation or for personal protection using our flexible mattresses with a high level of finishing and insulation value.
Our mattresses are always provided with 'head plates', so that the full insulation thickness is maintained. Our mattresses can easily be disassembled and reinstalled using Velcro and belts with stainless steel buckles.
VDI always gives advice, and in consultation with the customer always the most fitting selection is made taking the budget into consideration.
